James L. “Jim” Schlang, 62, of Weeki Wachee Acres, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2010 under the loving care of family and hospice. He was born in Gaylord, Michigan and came to this area 35 yrs. ago.
He was a retired restaurateur. “Jim” enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was a renowned barbequer-grill master. He also enjoyed Harleys, Football “Detroit Lions”, and Nascar Racing “Joey Lagano”.
He is survived by his loving wife, Susan; nieces, Sindy Reed and Heidi DeLacey; and great niece, Karlee Reed; great-great niece and nephew, Halley and Christopher.
